Talking Baby...

My precious baby has been very talkative and loves to make weird sound using his mouth...



He has also been very mischievous.. Kept climbing out of his walker..



Been calling me mama very fluently... Hehe.. So happy.. Recorded his mama calling as save as my message alert.. Haha..

Picking deardear up @ Airport

Went to airport early in the morning (7.30am) to pick deardear up from India. Was worried about deardear as there was some terrorist attack in Mumbai on Wednesday. Lucky, deardear was at Pune, another part of India. However, we were worried that the airport will be closed.. Lucky, its not.. hehe..

Mummy went with us to airport for breakfast. Had breakfast at Crystal Jade Bakery. Took some pic of precious before deardear came out. :)

Talkative baby Caden

Baby Caden is very talkative nowadays.. Been often babbling things which we dun understand.. And his voice like old peh peh.. Haha..

'Gong Xi Gong Xi'

Baby has been well trained doing the 'gong xi gong xi' hand gesture. Hope he will remember it till Chinese New Year or even Lau Ma's birthday. Haha..

"Pa Pa"

Baby Caden called 'papa' a few times today. Yesterday he has been babbling the word 'pa' a couple of times. And this morning when he wakes up, he shouted 'Pa'.

When deardear called, I put baby on the phone to talk to deardear and he called his papa finally. Think deardear is overjoyed. Haha.. How I wish he can verbalise his 'mama' and 'papa' properly and know that he is addressing us and not just some sound that came out of his mouth. Hehe.. High expectation ya... Haha..

Some updates of baby Caden

This morning, baby Caden woke up at 5.55am as we had to send deardear off to India for work. Deardear's flight time is 7.30am so we had to leave my mummy's place at 6.10am latest. And baby was very cooperative. Normally, the earliest time he woke up is 6.30am. Today, he woke up at 5.55am. I think he knows that deardear is leaving for India and he wants to send his pa pa off. However, the naughty boy was so sleepy that he fell asleep in the cab on the way to the airport.

When we arrived at the airport, he woke up and saw many people around. After deardear checked in, we tried to feed baby his morning feed. The cranky boy refuses to drink his milk. Therefore, we had to stop feeding for a while and see deardear into the gate. Almost wanna to cry.. However, thought about it, deardear is only going away for a week so I decided to look on the bright side.. When we reached home, my mummy bathed baby and put him to bed. Guess he was very tired..

In the evening, we brought baby Caden to Chloe's place.. He enjoyed himself there playing with Uncle Raymond and Aunt Cher Ting. I ended up coaching Chloe in her homework.

Some updates about baby:

1. He has been learning how to wave goodbye since 1 month ago. Now he master it. :)


2. He knows how to put two hands together and do "gong xi gong xi". Actually, he has been doing it when he was about 4 months but that was only on and off. And po po has been trying to teach him too. The last weekend deardear started singing a song.. '你爸爸大肚皮啊!恭喜,恭喜!' And baby was so happy that he kept doing the hand gesture. (Maybe he thinks so too. Haha..) Will update a pic or video of him doing it soon.


3. He tried to stand on his own today at Chloe's place. He was holding on the Lego box to stand up then he let go and tried to stand on his own. I failed to see and capture the pic of him doing so as I was busy with something else. And gong gong and po po was so excited seeing him standing on his own, they clapped and laughed so loudly that it scared baby. He started to cry after a while.. Poor baby.. Hope that I can see that soon..

Acrobat Baby

Today, papa works whole day.. So left with mama and baby Caden at home.. AT 9.45am, when baby Caden woke up from his daily morning nap, I took some pic of him in the sarong.. Hehe..

Meeting with baby Thaddaeus

Brought baby to school today as gong gong is away on holidays and no one at home.. Met up with Mdm Teo Joo Keng's baby (Thaddaeus Mok) who is 1 and half months younger than baby Caden. Thaddaeus is so much more quiet and well-behaved as compared to baby Caden.. Haha.. But Baby Caden, I still love you as you have inherited all the characters of both papa and I.. Like being bubbly, talkative, naughty, cheeky.. Haha.. According to Joo Keng, his weight is 9.3kg, bigger than my precious.. sigh.. When will my precious put on weight? Deardear is so heartbroken when he saw the pic I took of baby bathing, as baby Caden looks so skinny in the pic.. Deardear even swear that he will feed baby with bak kwa and char siew buns when he knows how to bite to fatten him up.. Haha..

To Singapore Post again

Deardear and I brought baby to Singapore Post as we need to collect a mail that was delivered to us on a weekday when we are not at home. After collecting the mail, we went to Long John Silver to buy dinner.

Bathing Process...

Before Bath...

Baby is crawling around his changing mat while Tita and po po is preparing his bath...

During Bath...

Po po start off by cleaning his 2 tiny teeth and the rest of the gums and of course his handsome face... Haha..

Then, po po shampoo his hair with Johnson Johnson Head to Toe Shampoo.

Next, po po wash off the shampoo on his hair in a position which he dislike the most.



Finally he will be placed into the bath tub to clean his whole body... This is when he will smile very happily as he enjoyed the feeling of being in the water...

After Bath..

After his bath, he will be wrapped like a 'mummy' and be placed on the changing mat as po po do not want him to catch a cold...

However, whenever we tried to put on his clothes and powder him, he realised he is not longer in water, he will become very cranky..

He will need 2 people to dress him and hold on to him before he started to crawl towards the wall or sometimes towards the edge of the bed..

Po po forgotten to apply the ru yi oil. So have take off the buttons and apply the oil for him now.. Haha..

Lastly, he will smile and pose for the pic to indicate the end of the bathing process.
