National Day Observance Ceremony

Its Caden's 2nd National Day. But his 1st which he is able to understand what is going on and participate. He has a Singapore flag. A Singapore flag tattoo on his hand. Deardear even bought a National Day goodie bag for him. We decided to bring him to attend the National Day Observance Ceremony at the Geylang Serai Market. When we reached there, we saw fourth aunty and uncle. Then, deardear went to collect the goodie bag for Caden. Caden seems a little scared as it was too noisy there. However, after deardear showed him those things in the goodie bag, he was very excited to play with them. There is a drum like toy, a heart shaped light torch, some plain water, some packet drinks, a poncho etc. Caden kept playing with the drum. At 8.22pm, we said the pledge with many other people at the market. Its indeed a touching scene.

Someone even took a pic of Caden and me. I guess he must be one of the people from the CC who organised the Observance Ceremony. Whoa.. Our pic will be in the newsletter next month i guess. Haha..

After the pledge taking, we went over to fourth aunt's place. Caden enjoyed himself there playing with the balls fourth aunt took out for him.

At 9.10pm, we went back as Caden had to drink his milk and sleep.
